Alice is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.
Alice specializes in mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. She has represented sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, minority investments and complex strategic relationships. Alice represents a wide variety of emerging growth and technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Alice practiced in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
