Q3 2021 data confirms 450 global financings with late-stage financings valued at $40 billion and early-stage financings valued at $7 billion, equating to a total of $47 billion financed worldwide.

Notably, Gunderson's mergers and acquisitions practice had a standout third quarter with 40+ deals valuing near $8 billion, for which we represented both buyers and sellers. Gunderson represented client transactions that included brands like Adobe, Etsy, Course Hero, Uber, Foresight Sports, and Fortive. 

This top position comes off the firm’s recent confirmation as the “most active law firm globally” in Q2 with 512 global financings valued at $40 billion. In the first 3 quarters of 2021 alone, Gunderson Dettmer guided clients in over 1400 financings worldwide valued at about $124 billion.
