Gunderson Dettmer represented clients Index Ventures, Kleiner Perkins and Greylock Partners as long-term investors in Figma in connection with the $20 billion acquisition of Figma by Adobe.

Through this acquisition, Figma will accelerate its growth and innovation with access to Adobe’s technology, expertise and resources in the creative space. The partnership will also help Figma continue its mission of helping teams collaborate visually and make design accessible to all.

The transaction has been reported to be among the largest acquisitions of private technology companies ever.
