David is of counsel in the corporate and securities practice.


David specializes in mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. He has represented sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, minority investments and complex strategic relationships. David represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, and has experience working with financial advisors and institutions, portfolio companies and industrial firms.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and clerked for Vice Chancellor John W. Noble of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
