David is a partner in the corporate and securities practice.
David represents technology and other companies in mergers and acquisitions. He advises sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions. His clients have included consumer internet, software, defense technology, telecommunications and entertainment companies, as well as venture capital firms, financial institutions and industrial companies.
Prior to joining the firm, David practiced in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and clerked for Vice Chancellor John W. Noble of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
