Gunderson Dettmer Represented Hims & Hers in Acquisition of Livewell

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Hims & Hers, the leading health and wellness platform, in its acquisition of Livewell, a Canadian digital health platform. 

With this acquisition, Hims & Hers is now serving customers in Canada and is positioned to lead the next era of digital health, centered on providing access to customer-first, affordable, and personalized care.

In the announcement of the acquisition, Hims & Hers founder and CEO Andrew Dudum said, "Our expansion into Canada is a direct response to critical public health needs, particularly around the obesity crisis.
