Gunderson Dettmer represented client Incode Technologies, the global leader in AI-driven identity and trust technologies, in its acquisition of AuthenticID.

The deal unites two trusted names, forming an integrated AI powerhouse built for the next era of secure, scalable, and intelligent digital identity – a market projected to grow to $116 billion by 2027. The acquisition is expected to accelerate Incode's 80% year-on-year organic growth rate and further solidify its leadership position in the market.
