Anduril Announces Acquisition of American Infrared Solutions

Gunderson Dettmer represented long-time client Anduril in its acquisition of American Infrared Solutions (AIRS), a US-based leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance cooled infrared cameras and components.

By integrating AIRS’s precision infrared technology, Anduril adds new range and capability to its mission systems while becoming a merchant supplier of cooled infrared cameras and components to the broader defense, space and commercial markets. 

The acquisition further expands Anduril's advanced sensing portfolio, strengthening its ability to deliver high-performance solutions across air, space ground and maritime domains.
