Jeff’s practice primarily focuses on providing strategic advice and counseling to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring and firing practices, layoffs and RIF’s, wage and hour laws, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, employee discipline, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies and procedures. Jeff also provides assistance and advice on corporate transactions with respect to employment and labor issues.

Jeff previously worked as a litigation and employment associate at two international law firms in New York. Jeff also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
