Yue Yang
Yue is an associate in the Strategic Transactions & Licensing group.
Yue Yang is a technology and commercial transactions lawyer who serves as go-to outside counsel to venture-backed AI, robotics, and software companies on both everyday revenue contracts and high-impact strategic deals. Yue partners closely with product and go-to-market teams at AI robotics platforms, cloud and developer-tools providers, AI infrastructure and data-integration companies, vertical SaaS and marketplace platforms, and prop-tech and construction-tech businesses to design, negotiate, and continuously refine NDAs, supply and services agreements, MSAs and order forms, DPAs, reseller and solution-partner arrangements, and other commercial templates that close with enterprise and strategic counterparties.
In parallel, Yue brings repeat experience on growth financings and acquisitions for AI infrastructure, cybersecurity and data-security platforms, insurtech and fintech businesses, and data-driven education and media companies, including large later-stage financings and nine-figure to billion-dollar strategic exits. With a background that bridges engineering-style product thinking, data-driven businesses, and law, Yue helps founders and in-house counsel translate complex technical architectures, data flows, and partnership structures into clear, scalable contracting playbooks that balance revenue velocity, regulatory and privacy risk, and long-term strategic flexibility.
