Point72 Leads $200M Series C of Apex

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Point72 Ventures as the lead investor in the $200 million Series C financing of Apex, a manufacturer of spacecraft solutions for both commercial and government customers. Apex is the only manufacturer of off-the-shelf satellite buses and set a world record with its first satellite bus as the fastest clean-sheet design to production spacecraft operating in space. The new financing will enable Apex to scale production for its satellite bus platforms.
