Alex is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.
Alex specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies in merger and acquisition transactions. He regularly represents sellers, buyers and a number of leading venture capital firms in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other complex strategic transactions, including mergers of equals, carveouts, spin-offs, de-SPACs, and acquihires.
Alex has helped clients navigate M&A in a wide variety of industries, including technology companies in the artificial intelligence, education, defense, cybersecurity, renewable energy, life sciences, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex practiced in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he regularly represented public companies and private equity firms in M&A deals. In law school, Alex was the Managing Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
