Gunderson Dettmer Advised Hims & Hers in its Inaugural $175 Million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

Gunderson Dettmer advised Hims & Hers (NYSE: Hims) in its inaugural $175 million senior secured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and Goldman Sachs Bank USA as lenders, joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners. The proceeds of the facility will be used for working capital and the general corporate purposes of Hims and its subsidiaries.
