Anduril Announces Acquisition of Klas to Advance Tactical Edge Computing and Communications
Gunderson Dettmer represented long-time client Anduril in connection with the definitive agreement to acquire Klas, a leader in edge computing and tactical communications. In the announcement of the transaction, Anduril stated that by unifying Klas's compute and communications infrastructure with Anduril's existing capabilities, this acquisition reduces integration risks and accelerates the delivery of lightweight, mission-tailored systems. These systems are faster to deploy, easier to maintain and more adaptable to the needs of warfighters.
