Sam is a corporate associate specializing in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles and venture capital and other private equity funds in their investments in the US and internationally.

Sam advises early stage and growth stage technology companies, guiding founders and executives through initial formation matters, equity and debt financings and M&A activity, including buy-side acquisitions and exits to both financial and strategic acquirors.  Sam also works closely with founders and boards of directors on corporate governance matters.

Sam also has significant experience advising venture capital and private equity funds in a wide array of financing activity, with a particular focus on growth stage financing transactions. He also advises funds on general portfolio company management, mergers and acquisitions and secondary transactions.
