Gunderson Dettmer Represents Ollie Pets in Acquisition by Agrolimen

Gunderson Dettmer represented Ollie Pets, a pet wellness brand, in its acquisition by Agrolimen, a Spain-based global consumer goods company.

Ollie provides personalized, human-grade dog food with high-quality ingredients and vet-formulated recipes tailored to each dog’s unique needs. The acquisition will strengthen the presence of Agrolimen in the U.S. pet food market.
