Questa Capital Announces $397M Fund Formation

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Questa Capital in the formation of Questa Capital Partners III, a $397 million venture growth equity fund. The fund is dedicated to making a concentrated number of investments in transformative healthcare sectors including services, technology and medical devices.

Questa Capital has now raised over $1 billion to partner with outstanding healthcare entrepreneurs striving to build disruptive companies that improve lives and provide better and more efficient care.

In a press release announcing the fund formation, Questa Capital managing partner Ryan Drant said, "We are extremely pleased to close on Fund III despite a challenging fundraising environment.
