Gunderson Dettmer represented client Poynt, a payments processing startup, in its $320 million acquisition by GoDaddy.

In the announcement of the transaction CEO of GoDaddy Aman Bhutani said, “Poynt accelerates our strategy to provide a complete suite of commerce and payment services to address this critical customer need and focus on a large addressable market opportunity.
