EDBI Invests in $11M Series A+ Financing of Augmentus

Gunderson Dettmer represented client EDBI, the investment arm of Singapore’s Economic Development Board, as an investor in the $11 million Series A+ funding round of Augmentus, a leading developer of intelligent no-code robotics solutions.

The fresh funding will enable Augmentus to grow its operations across Asia-Pacific and North America, as well as accelerate the rollout of its fully autonomous robotic solutions for surface finishing and welding, meet the growing needs of key manufacturing clients, and further develop advanced AI-powered robotics for use on the factory floor.

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by David He and included Binh Vong and Jieying Chng.
