Zahrah is a corporate and securities associate in our Ann Arbor office.
Zahrah advises startups on growth-stage legal and business needs, and counsels venture capital firms on their investments in promising entrepreneurs.
Zahrah’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Zahrah represents a wide variety of technology companies in the United States, Latin America and the Middle East, in varied sectors such as automotive innovation, SaaS, retail technology, artificial intelligence software, and consumer goods technology.
In law school, Zahrah served as an Editor of the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Review, President of the Entrepreneurship and Law Association and represented the University of Michigan in the national Venture Capital Investment Competition. Prior to law school, Zahrah was a management consultant and spent time at a technology company in New York City working on sales operations and strategy.
