Andreessen Horowitz Leads $100M Series B of Hebbia

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Andreessen Horowitz in leading the nearly $100 million Series B financing of Hebbia, a generative AI document search startup. The company's product, Matrix, is an AI co-pilot that assists users in extracting, structuring, and analyzing large volumes of documents, facilitating full workflow automation with language learning models (LLMs).

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was led by Michael Allers and included Aaron Rubin, Darien Pun, Alex VanDerKolk, Erica Davis and Madeleine Matsui.
