Doxel Raises $40M Series B Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented client Doxel, a predictive analytics platform for construction management, in its $40 million Series B financing led by Insight Partners with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and Amplo. The software application uses only computer vision to track and analyze a construction project’s progress and predict potential problems that arise during the project’s entire lifecycle from design to constructability and scheduling.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and co-founder of Doxel Saurabh Ladha said, “We’re the only player offering a forward-looking solution that’s predictive… In much the same way drivers have come to rely on satellite technology to avoid traffic accidents and slow-downs ahead of them, Doxel’s customers have come to rely on our AI-powered Project Controls platform.”
