Paul counsels emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles on corporate governance and transactional matters, including formations, venture capital financings, equity compensation matters, secondary sale transactions, M&A transactions and commercial transactions. In addition, Paul represents a number of leading venture capital funds in investor-side financings and secondary sale transactions.
Paul represents a wide variety of technology companies in the software, consumer internet, telecommunications, entertainment technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, advertising technology and financial technology industries, as well as the venture capital funds that serve these industries.
Paul is originally from the Midwest and lives in the Bay Area with his wife, son and miniature goldendoodle. Prior to attending law school, Paul was a web programmer and designer.
