NFX Announces New $450M Fund

Gunderson Dettmer represented client NFX, a pre-seed & seed stage venture firm, in the formation of its new $450M fund, NFX Fund III. This fund is the firm’s largest fund exclusively dedicated to pre-seed & seed startups.

In the announcement of the transaction, the NFX team said, “Your success at pre-seed and seed is our only business. We are not a multi-stage VC. Everything about NFX is designed to help pre-seed and seed companies win.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Steve Franklin and Jonathan Goodwin and included Peter Seppi, Casey Stevens, and Kevin Harris.
