Gunderson Dettmer represented client Foresight Sports, a leading designer and manufacturer of golf performance analysis, entertainment, and game enhancement technologies, in its $474 million acquisition by Vista Outdoor Inc., a maker of ammunition and sporting goods.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO of Vista Outdoor Chris Metz said, "The addition of Foresight Sports immediately positions Vista Outdoor as one of the top technology players in the golf industry.
