Gunderson Dettmer represented client Addi, a Colombia-based fintech, in its $36 million equity financing with GIC Private Ltd, Union Square Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and others. In connection with the equity financing, Addi raised $50 million in additional debt from Goldman Sachs Group. Developer of a point-of-sale lending and consumer finance application, Addi is designed to promote digital commerce with a buy now pay later facility for e-commerce and physical stores.

With the new capital Addi plans to grow further into Colombia to solve payment issues in Latin America.
