Noel represents emerging growth companies through every stage of their lifecycle, from formation through scale to exit. She represents a wide variety of technology companies and founders, advising on company formations, venture capital financings, and strategic transactions and providing day-to-day guidance on corporate governance, employment, and intellectual property matters.

Before joining Gunderson Dettmer, Noel was a corporate associate in the Palo Alto office of Cooley LLP, where she advised high-growth companies and venture capital firms on financings, liquidity events, and other complex corporate matters.
