Genera Announces $10 Million Financing

Gunderson Dettmer represented Genera in its $10 million financing led by First Round Capital with participation from BoxGroup, WndrCo, Carpenter Capital, and SuccessVP. 

Genera is an AI deployment platform that helps enterprise software companies get customers live faster by automating the high-friction work of implementation, from discovery and migrations to configuration. The company will use the new capital to work toward closing the gap between the promise of enterprise AI applications and the reality of deploying them.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Nic Markman and included Colin Chapman, Joe McGinley, Kelly Warren, and Lucine Mikhanjian.
