Lukun has extensive experience in providing legal services to Fortune 500 companies, public companies, state-owned enterprises, as well as venture capital institutions and strategic investors from sectors of new energy, mineral resources, biomedicine, automobiles, media, etc.

Lukun obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Tsinghua University and her Master of Laws and Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Sydney. Lukun is admitted to practice in the State of New York (US), England and Wales (UK), New South Wales of Australia and PRC.
