Lawrence’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Lawrence represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.

Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Lawrence was an M&A associate at Kirkland & Ellis. Prior to attending law school, Lawrence was a corporate and investment banking analyst at TD Securities. In addition to English, Lawrence is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
