Gregory advises clients on corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, and the licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. His practice concentrates on transactional IP matters arising in financing and M&A activities.
Before joining Gunderson, Gregory practiced as a patent prosecution associate, drafting and prosecuting patent applications and managing large patent portfolios for life science clients as well as consumer products and software companies. With over a decade of experience in academic research focused on stem cells, cancer biology, neuroscience, developmental biology, and other molecular biology topics, Gregory brings a deep scientific foundation and understanding of IP that enhances his ability to advise clients on complex IP and technology legal issues.
