Gunderson Dettmer represented client Veza, a leading AI-native identity security platform, in its acquisition by ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention.
Veza is powered by its patented Access Graph, which maps and analyzes access relationships across human, machine, and AI identities, providing an end-to-end access visibility and risk control platform for all types of identity.
The acquisition will extend the capabilities of ServiceNow’s Security and Risk portfolios into Identity Security, enabling organizations to understand and control who and what has access to their critical data, applications, systems, and AI artifacts
In the announcement of the acquisition, Veza CEO Tarun Thakur said, “With ServiceNow, we will help customers embrace AI with greater confidence.
