Breezeway Announces Strategic Growth Investment
Gunderson Dettmer represented Breezeway, the leading operations platform for vacation rentals, in its strategic investment led by Resurgens Technology Partners.
The investment positions Breezeway to broaden its product platform, deepen its AI capabilities, and further scale its already significant global footprint.

The Gunderson deal was led by Chris Warren and included Jace Clegg, Michael Hacker, Emily Cabrera, Megan Canepari, Morgan Otway, Kelvin Chan, Amy Hedlund, Taylor DiChello, Bennett Evans, and Sydney Closs.
