Incode Announces Acquisition of MetaMap
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Incode, a developer of an end-to-end omnichannel identity platform, in its acquisition of MetaMap, an identity verification company. Incode's platform offers a highly secure and seamless AI-based experience that increases conversion and reduces fraud. The acquisition of MetaMap allows Incode to further upscale its ability to make digital interactions safer and more reliable, as well as expand the company’s market share across North America, Latin America and Africa.
