Hims & Hers Announces Acquisition of At-Home Lab Testing Facility to Improve Affordable Whole Body Testing
Gunderson Dettmer advised Hims & Hers in the acquisition of Sigmund NJ LLC, dba Trybe Labs, to expand its capabilities with at-home lab testing. This acquisition will enhance Hims & Hers’ ability to deliver personalized health solutions by supporting at-home blood draws and comprehensive whole-body testing. The move also accelerates the company’s expansion into high-impact clinical categories such as low testosterone and perimenopausal and menopausal support, further solidifying its position as a leader in personalized wellness.
