Hims & Hers Acquires 503B Outsourcing Facility MedisourceRx
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Hims & Hers Health, a multi-specialty telehealth platform, in its acquisition of MedisourceRx, a 503B outsourcing facility in California. Hims & Hers provides personalized healthcare solutions by leveraging innovative pharmacy operations to offer tailored treatments such as custom dosages, allergen-free medications and sterile compounded products. This acquisition allows Hims & Hers to expand its sterile compounding offering and further reassure customers that they are getting access to an experience and products that meet standards for safety and quality.
