Hims & Hers Announces Acquisition of Peptide Facility in California

Gunderson Dettmer advised Hims & Hers in the acquisition of a California-based peptide facility. The acquisition enhances Hims and Hers’ ability to meet the growing demand for personalized healthcare and treatment options. By integrating this facility, the company further strengthens its commitment to U.S.-based operations, ensures greater control over cost, quality, and availability, and drives innovation in peptide-based solutions.

Building on the company’s prior acquisitions of 503A and 503B facilities, this acquisition deepens its focus on delivering access to safe, high-quality solutions to customers. The expanded peptide capabilities also position the company to explore advancements in preventive health, metabolic optimization, cognitive performance, recovery science, and biological resilience—paving the way for transformative developments in personalized healthcare.
