Anduril Announces Acquisition of Radar and Command Control Businesses of Numerica Corporation
Gunderson Dettmer represented long-time client Anduril in its acquisition of the Radar and Command and Control businesses of Numerica Corporation, a move that will enhance Anduril’s mission systems portfolio with cutting-edge radar technology and advanced battlespace awareness capabilities. By integrating Numerica’s proprietary radar systems and command and control software into the Anduril Lattice platform — a unified system connecting sensors, effectors, and systems — Anduril will deliver scalable solutions designed to bolster air and missile defense operations while maximizing situational awareness and operational efficiency.
