Eduardo specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles as well as the venture capital funds that invest in those companies. He has particular experience with international transactions, especially in Latin America, and is a member of our Latin America practice group. He is a native Spanish speaker.

Eduardo’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, company formation, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Eduardo represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, education, financial, insurance and entertainment technology, e-commerce and telecommunications industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
