Darien specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Darien ’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Darien represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Darien was an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
