Ben specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Ben’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Ben represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
While at Saint Mary's College of Maryland, Ben was the captain of the varsity sailing team and won two Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association National Titles.
