BillionToOne Announces $130M Series D

Gunderson Dettmer represented client BillionToOne, a next-generation molecular diagnostics company, in its $130 million Series D financing led by Premji Invest. BillionToOne is a precision diagnostics company on a mission to make molecular diagnostics more powerful, efficient, and accessible for all. The new capital will be used for expanding and scaling BillionToOne's prenatal and oncology businesses.
