Satellite Company Logos Space Services Announces $50M Series A Financing
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Logos Space Services, a satellite system built to serve the connectivity needs of the enterprise user, in its $50 million Series A financing led by US Innovative Technology. Logos Space Services’ advanced Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellation will combine innovative technologies and use of spectrum to deliver connectivity that is resilient to electronic warfare, jamming, and interference. The company’s new financing will be used to expand its team, accelerate research and development, and form technology partnerships.
In the announcement of the transaction, founder and CEO of Logos Space Services Milo Medin said, “Enterprise users, not just governments, face an increasing number of sophisticated threats. Our LEO constellation will offer resilient, symmetric, closed user group connectivity that enterprise users need, without depending on virtual private networks.”
The Gunderson deal team was led by Brad Krack and included Brenden Glapion, Esalyna Liang, and Killian McDonald.
