Anthony is a corporate and securities associate in our Los Angeles office.
Anthony specializes in mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. He has represented sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, minority investments and complex strategic relationships.
Anthony represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining the firm, Anthony practiced in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson and in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
