Sam specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Sam’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Sam represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. Sam also works extensively with venture capital and other private equity funds in their investment activities in the US and internationally, including equity financings and secondary liquidity transactions.
