UP.Partners Leads Series B Financing of Quincus

Gunderson Dettmer represented client UP.Partners, a US-based electrification and mobility fund, as it led the Series B financing of Quincus, a Singapore-headquartered enterprise SaaS platform, with participation from GGV Capital. The round brings the company’s valuation to over $100 million.

In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and co-founder at Quincus Jonathan E. Savoir said, “There is an awesome opportunity in the supply chain and logistics sector as the industry goes through digitalization influenced by global and local trade activities, as well as the pandemic.
