• Represented Cityblock Health, a startup improving health care for low-income patients with complex medical needs, in its Series C and Series D financings led by Tiger Global and SoftBank
• Assisted OneTrust, a developer of privacy management software, in raising $300M in a Series C round of funding led by TCV as well as a Series C extension of $210 million, bringing the company’s valuation to $5.3 billion.
• Represented BlockFi, a crypto asset service that provides credit services to markets with limited access to simple products like a savings account, in its $350 million Series D financing, led by Hudson River Trading, The Venture Collective and Breyer Capital.
