Preeminent Silicon Valley IPO Lawyer Jeffrey Vetter Joins Gunderson Dettmer to Chair Public Offerings/Public Companies Practice

Gunderson Dettmer announced today that top IPO lawyer Jeffrey Vetter has joined the firm as a partner and will chair its public offerings/public companies practice. Mr. Vetter is one of the most experienced IPO lawyers in the country, having handled nearly 100 IPOs during his career, including offerings for Facebook, Workday, Veeva, Pivotal Software, and Zuora, as well as salesforce.com and eBay. He joins the firm from Fenwick & West, where for a number of years he was co-chair of that firm’s Securities and Corporate Finance practice.
