Gunderson Dettmer represented client People.ai, a revenue operations and intelligence (ROI) platform, in its $100 million in Series D financing co-led by Mike Dinsdale of Akkadian Ventures and Abdulla AlBanna of Mubadala Capital. The new funding brings the company’s valuation to $1.1 billion.

In the announcement of the transaction, Founder and CEO of People.ai Oleg Rogynskyy said, “Our AI technology harnesses business activity like email, calendar, and video conferencing data, allowing sales managers to become data-driven coaches, and reps to spend more time on the right sales pursuits. This new funding will ensure that People.ai continues to lead the industry with the world’s best account and opportunity management functionality.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Andy Bradley and included Amy Luong, Harrison Hawkes and Yeji Han.
