Gunderson Dettmer represented client Nexusflow, a Generative AI leader targeting the cybersecurity industry, in its $10.6 million seed financing led by Point72 Ventures. Nexusflow leverages its deep Generative AI expertise to unlock the full potential of security products, and supercharge security operations and engineering. Nexusflow also allows enterprises to own advanced AI models without leaking their sensitive data.

The new capital included participation from Fusion Fund and several AI luminaries in Silicon Valley and will be used to continue revolutionizing cybersecurity.

In the announcement of the transaction, Nexusflow CEO Jiantao Jiao said,  “Nexusflow specializes in curating high-quality data for data-centric AI. We also leverage our expertise in generative AI systems to ensure efficient implementation and scalability, resulting in significantly lower costs compared to OpenAI's GPT-4.”
