Gunderson Dettmer represented Argentina-based client Menta, a B2B fintech company, in the announcement of its $6 million Seed financing led by Base10 Partners. Menta is a plug-and-play solution providing financial services to B2B companies. The new capital will be used for company expansion.

In the announcement of the transaction, the company reported the new capital will be used to “continue working with B2B companies to transform the lives of retailers.”

The Gunderson Dettmer deal team was co-led by Daniel Green & Brian Willbur and included Federico Varni and Micaela Cervantes, as well as Lily Kim, Aaron Fiske, Sunny Kim and Tiffany Lam.
